Blockquote is not present in Testimonial-C template

Title: Blockquote is not present in the Testimonial-C template

Issue Type: Bug

Description: The representation of Blockquote is not present in the Testimonial-C template (both in light & dark mode) . However, they are represented in the A and B templates of the same.

As you can see, there is no representation of blockquote in the red circle in Testimonial template for the given testimonials.

What to be Done:

It should be represented as done in the Testimonial-A,B template. Below is one example
