caching_and_replay example is broken/needs to be updated to work with Mesa 3.0 #289

Describe the bug
caching_and_replay example crashes on Mesa 3.0
Expected behavior
When running the example, a browser window should open displaying the interactive dashboard with the grid and charts. The code should not crash on import due to deprecated dependencies.
To Reproduce
- Install Mesa 3.0+
- Navigate to examples/caching_and_replay
- Run python run.py
