Feature request: Cover images

Hey Meshcloud! I've noticed that cover images are fetched and stored in the folder with the markdown, but the markdown doesn't contain any reference to the file name.

If one was to bring in multiple images it would be hard to decide which image is a reference to the body and which is used as the cover image.
