Add comprehensive integration tests for OutboundEvent and Exponential Backoff

While I presented the talk at JUG Mainz, a question arised how the concepts used in this demo application can be integration tested. It would be a helpful extension of the demo, when these integration tests exist, as it is not trivial to find a good way of integration testing this with RabbitMq.
