docs: input type definitions for meshstack_building_block_v2 are missing

Using the resource meshstack_building_block_v2 without proper documentation about the input types and how these needs to be setup in the terraform module.

Example:
Multi-Select Input parameters.

Issue:
The terraform docs are stating that value_list shall be used.
Its not explained how the value_list attribute should look like in the terraform IaC.
