App preset request for Australia: NSW

Hello,

Now that we've got an app preset for Australia: Victoria and a Ripple GUI preset for Australia: WA (with an app preset for WA in #949) could we please request an app preset for NSW as well?

The settings are the same as the Australia default with the exception of the change to SF11. It would be very handy as we're growing at a rapid rate with new users coming on board daily.

Australia: NSW preset proposed settings:

Frequency: 915.8mhz
Bandwidth: 250khz
Spreading Factor: 11
Coding Rate: 5
