Room Server: ACL adding contacts with r/w access

Hello!

I tried to add a contact with r/w access, but without success. After adding, the message "Success" appears, but the contact isn't in the list (after a refresh like swipe down or reopen the list). If I try with admin rights, it's working.
Also using the CLI. setperm with "2" for r/w isn't working, with "3" for admin -> success.
