Feature requests: timestamps

It would be nice to see timestamps for each incoming message (and adverts too). Especially since I just have the thing running all day without interacting real-time with it for some longer periods of time. It would be nice to see how long ago something happened, and how much time was between things.

Preferably with a configurable format string so people can have their day-month-year or month/day/year or year-month-day or no date at all, and 12h vs 24h clocks, and seconds enabled or not preferences.

right, at the begining I wanted to keep the lines light, but now that it is used as a client, timestamps are important

Think I'll print sender's timestamp though (and not system one) because it will help spotting not-synced nodes ...

I'm going to add a timestamp parameter, which can either be empty, "on", "off" or a strftime string

Into git now, the parameter is print_timestamp and affects display of received messages and advert_echoes (advert notification from the node doesn't feature timestamp

setting "on" value will set format to "%H:%M" if the timestamp is less than 24h old, "%y-%m-%d %H:%M" otherwise
