Add path/hop information in meshcore_raw_events

Hi,

the path_len attribute has already proven to be super helpful, e.g. it is being used in a ping bot automation in our mesh (https://gist.github.com/mattzzw/b556fca5d770c7879b95a13b0fe84378).

Would it be possible to add a path or hops attribute that contains e.g. Something like a5, d9, c3, similar to what the app is doing?

I do not believe this is easily available. https://github.com/meshcore-dev/meshcore_py/blob/main/src/meshcore/reader.py#L199 the packet only seems to expose the length. You would have to listen to the RX_LOG, parse the raw packet and correlate it with the channel message to get the actual path. I believe this is what the phone app does
