Add Live Mouse Coordinate Display in Dashboard

Current Behavior

Mouse coordinates are not displayed currently, making it difficult for users to know exact pointer positions while creating shapes.

Desired Behavior

Show a live X/Y coordinate display that updates as the mouse moves within the ShapeBuilder dashboard.
