honor status field from integration sheets during model registry generate #781
Description
Current Behavior
Components set to ignore in the status column of integration sheet are defaulted to enabled during generation.
Expected Behavior
The status field should be honored during model registry generate, filtering out components set to ignored
related issue: #15337
