Telemetry broken in combination with "Power Saving"?

Hey All,

seems like there's one or multiple bugs if you are using Telemetry (Envrionmental and/or Battery Voltages) with "Power Saving"

How to reproduce

1. Set CLIENT
2. Activate "Power Saving" (min_wake_secs=1, wait_bluetooth_secs=1, screen_on_secs=1)
3. Activate Environmental Telemetry

Often only the first telemetry (sensor and battery voltage) after power-up is being send. Messaging the client and forwarding works without problems.

Are there known issues?
