[Feature Request] Autoswitch from CLIENT_MUTE to CLIENT while charging

It would be awesome if portable devices could switch from CLIENT_MUTE to CLIENT mode while they are charging.

I use my T1000-E as CLIENT_MUTE for saving energy. This extends the batterytime dramatically. While it is charging it would be cool if the device would automatically switch to CLIENT, because there is enough energy then.

I'm kinda thinking the opposite of what you want.

Client when out and about to relay packets, and client_mute when at home charging since it's safer to assume you have a roof node doing the relaying.

Though I keep my personal node on client_mute most of the time regardless.
