It's just blinking the logo screen wont do anything else I need help!!

this happens to me with a cheap tbeam clone. Mine has a separate radio module that is not on board. I fix this problem usually by removing power to the radio module, and/or removing all power to the tbeam, switching the power switch on then off, then re-connecting power. I believe it has to do with resetting the radio, or the overall circuit has a bad ground design etc.
