Custom boards and microcontrollers

Greetings dear colleagues. Are there any plans to add the ability to implement meshtastic on custom boards on different microcontrollers? Especially on stm32. Especially without wifi, ble, usb - for example, for regular sensors?

There is a stm32 channel on discord that has an active group looking into just this :)

However, one of the reasons that hasn't happened sooner is because there are resource limitations on many of the boards. The meshtastic firmware needs a certain amount of ram and flash to run.

I would like to do the same.

The options appear to be:

1. manually build a meshtastic message in your code and send on a connected LoRa radio with settings that match the meshtastic prefix, or
2. Use an external MCU (eg ATTINY) with a Meshtastic node + serial, or
3. implement essential meshtastic code in a library.

See #5739 for the latter. This has a lot of potential.
