[Feature Request]: 2.4GHz out of the band usage for HAM licenced Radio operators

Description

We like to do examination of the state of propagation in range 2300 – 2450 MHz, the second reason is to change frequencies outside the wifi range to avoid harmonics when the signal is mixed at higher frequencies 5.6GHz and UP.

Sometimes it is useful to have a transmit indicator on a pin or LED - this signal can be used to control the LNA and the relay (PTT signal/indicator) wit configurable delay, to avoid equipment demage, We call it "sequencer function"
the diode is lit or a high state is set on one of the pins a few milliseconds before the radio starts transmitting. (Perhaps this is material for another feature, but I will leave it for now)

Useful to meshtastic advanced users and repeaters constructors, for those who want to extend the limits

I am not sure that I understand. There is no limit for licensed operators in the 2.4GHz band from what i can see in the firmware (please correct me if i'm wrong)

Are you instead asking for GPIO function on TX ? (briefly before actual TX)

Hi

1. When I set 2380MHz (below 2.4GHz in HAM RADIO area) i got crash and reset loop ( it is possible that the chip does not allow such settings)
2. GPIO function set to HI level briefly before actual TX it will help te set RX/TX path (10 to 30 milliseconds delay before and after )
