Emergency button push on T1000-E

I was just thinking it would be extremely handy for there to be the ability to set a message to go out on user defined channel with GPS coordinates, or even just Primary, with the push of the button. Specifically a call for help. The T1000-E with that feature could be used with children or elderly that may not have the ability to use cell phone to connect to send call for help.

For what it it worth, buttons on other devices like HelTec V3 could be used for this to add utility as well
