[Feature Request]: Add 'find highpoint'

Problem Statement

Finding optimal placements on topography is challenging, the topo map is slow to load, and the position indicator desyncs when you change zoom levels, so zooming in enough to find a perfect hilltop is challenging, and not needed to get a 'good enough' check on placements.

Proposed Solution

uptowhere.com Does this well - click near the top of a hill, and then press the button to snap to the highpoint.

Current Alternatives

uptowhere is a better solution, for <30km, and single viewshed
