[Feature Request]: Site Planner - toggle simulation on/off

• I have searched existing issues to ensure this feature hasn't already been requested
• I have checked the documentation to verify this feature doesn't already exist

Problem Statement

When using the Site Planner at site.meshtastic.org, you can currently have multiple sites setup and shown on the map at one time. You can also remove specific simulations but it would be nice to be able to toggle them on/off without removing them completely. This would help being able to more clearly see overlap of existing and proposed coverage areas.

Proposed Solution

toggle a simulation on/off rather than just delete.
