[Feature Request]: WebSocket transport

Prerequisites

• I have searched existing issues to ensure this feature hasn't already been requested
• I have checked the documentation to verify this feature doesn't already exist

Problem Statement

I have meshtastic devices attached to serial interfaces that I would like to use with the web UI. I can expose the serial connection as a WebSocket and if the UI could connect to WebSockets the same protocol as used for Web Serial API should work.
