That idea to add both a language and platform filed in the WrapDB system

It might help to add two fields, one to clarify the language used as it may not be clear at first to some for a given libraries as to wither it uses c, cpp, or rust, the second being platforms it works on, not saying to go crazy with the host systems may be just macos, windows, or POSIX could cover the general list.
