Java document page requires updates.

I was looking into doing a few experiments with Java and started looking for some information, compared to the release notes and the Java page the release notes had more information. I think we should add to this document. Thoughts?

How would I get a hold of @tristan957 for the Java information?

Currently have the JNI note extracted into this https://github.com/dreamer-coding/meson/blob/master/docs/markdown/Java.md would be inspecting the code for clues starting with the test cases.

All work that I have done is related to the jni module. Reading the module code and extracting the documentation information would make for a good PR that I can review.
