Update recipe and config schema

We have added multiple features to cellPACK since the last schema update. We want to document entries in recipe and config files to better inform users about the associated fields and to improve design of the cellPACK frontend client.

Open to any suggestions and feedback! Like adding new columns, correcting descriptions, grouping or splitting the table further, etc.

Notes:

• For recipe fields: several descriptions and editing methods have a ? or are loosely defined, they will need confirmation or revision
• For config fields: editable column has been left blank as we are uncertain about the user-editability for configs. Many descriptions are incomplete for now, we can go over them together as a team.
