[Metric Logging] Make it obvious that extra args passed in the config will be added to wandb.init

e.g.

```
metric_logging:
     wandb:
           my_fancy_extra_arg: my_fancy_arg_value
```

results in
```
wandb.init(my_fancy_extra_arg: my_fancy_arg_value)
```


this already happens, its just not obvious
