File names should gives a clue about the variant intent

Numbered variants naming conventions are inherited from the past, at a point when we needed to choose among a lot of variants and it was justified to have neutral names that only informs about the creation order.

Now, it would be more useful for final users if the files gave sensible information about the variant intent.

E.g. 081.svg should be perl-blue-gradient-no-medaillon.svg
