Question: dcat-ap Metadata presentation view

Hello

I installed dcat-ap plugin on Geonetwork 4.4.9 following instructions.
Expecting: To see a similar metadata view as displayed on metadata.vlaanderen.
A dataset on metadata.vlaanderen presents metadata with a default view with 3 tabs for Dataset, Distributions, Record, and an xml view.

Result: On my installation the default view is presenting similar to default schema presentation(iso19139), and the advanced view presents only the dcat:dataset/dcat:title and dcat:dataset/dcat:description.
This is true for importing via 1. Admin Console > Metadata and Templates > dcat-ap
or 2. Downloading a dataset from metadata.vlaanderen and importing it with Contribute > Import new records.

I note that the editor view functions as expected.

My purpose is to customize the presentation of metadata view and expected the starting point to be similar to the vlaanderen implementation.
Is the Result i have from installation correct or am i missing some important configuration points?
