Add Labels queries

We should also add labels to tokens, which also need to be managed in CI deployments. I am not sure if we implemented the referenced PR, maybe we need a dedicated umbrella issue for this.

• Check again that Add labels to query requests where possible. api#41 has been implemented properly
  • I saw images do not have labels yet, we should add them (also backport to metal-api)
  • Check a datastore query test for labels was implemented for all the resources, if not present add
  • Use UpdateLabels in the update requests and make sure they are working
• Introduce token labels (these are stored in valkey, so it's a bit new logic to implement here)
• Adapt v2 ansible modules to use the labels for update/deletion protection (optionally for CI storing identifiers)
