Consider a change in the example catalogs

I was doing some testing and noticed that claude kept trying to use the OSCAL version 1.1.2 and I think it's because the examples refer to it in the catalog examples

Still testing it but I've gone 2 rounds and I think it's this file thats messing up the logic for my ssp generation
