Search doesn't work, search.usa.gov replacement needed #89

Describe the bug
I had not noticed this issue until recently, but before the current website, search is still performed via search.gov. We should probably replace that.
Who is the bug affecting
Anyone using the search box in the upper righthand corner of the website to quickly search for material.
How do we replicate this issue
- Visit website.
- Use the text box in the upper righthand corner and try a search like
markup - Observe the returned error page.
Expected behavior (i.e. solution)
Search of content works without error.
