A mentors flow

would be better to add a flow on becoming a mentor in this project. I propose this one:
Using google forms we can provide questions, or we can add to existing one another field with 2 options: mentor, member; and question: "choose your role in this project"

Options for this question could be extended depending on roles.
so v.1 sample is:
choose your role in this project
* mentor
* member

To update old records we can use polls here and in the telegram channel
