Unable to read undefined from file path

I'm getting the following error:

"Unable to read undefined from file path."

Does this mean it's the contents of my file? I'm a bit confused with this error.
Is there a workaround this?

where/when exactly do you get this error? And how/where is it displayed? Can you provide a screenshot? What were the steps you made that led to this error?
