May I ask if these data such as temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and wind direction are relative to a certain height from the ground, 2m, 10m or something else?

According to Met Office UK, it's 1,25 m.

The thermometer is exposed in a Stevenson screen (see image below) at a height of 1.25 m above the ground and aspirated only by natural ventilation through the side louvers.

Since there is a WMO guideline for standardized weather measurement, I assume all other stations adopt this as well.
