Enhanced Wide Navigation Rail Layout and Visual Spacing

Describe the bug
The Wide Navigation Rail component layout and spacing were inconsistent with other catalog screens. The icon size, padding, and typography needed refinement.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the Material 3 Expressive Demo app.

Navigate to Wide Navigation Rail from the home screen.

Observe the top icon and text layout.

See misaligned spacing and smaller icon/text before update.

Expected behavior

Back arrow aligned with the top title (if added).

Centered ViewWeek icon with proper size.

Bold title below icon.

Original expand/collapse button remains functional.

Overall spacing balanced and consistent.
