install 2.2.0 doesn't have the gc stats in it? #36

Would love to enable gc, but the file (https://github.com/metrics-js/process/blob/55451dd6531433e316558331a2d1250cffe93441/lib/collector-gc.js) is missing when I install https://www.npmjs.com/package/@metrics/process at 2.2.0
