Placeholder links aren't working

Hi there,
I have installed and configured Sendportal on my server and I can get the email campaign sent out using Mailgun API.
I have been using some Placeholders in the email template, ie: {{first_name}} which is working great.
But when {{unsubscribe_url}} and {{webview_url}} are used, the email content has the link, ie: https://sendportal.pogo-digital.co.uk/webview/a3319970-b165-4f10-ad39-03d5368ebd92 or https://sendportal.pogo-digital.co.uk/subscriptions/unsubscribe/11b29d95-077a-4a7e-9a9a-1b55ce15df7b but when accessing it, the page shows Not Found?
I did some research online but couldn't find any useful informaiton.
Could anyone help here please?

Got the reason why.
The .env file has the APP_URL base set to https://sendportal.pogo-digital.co.uk but the whole app is running under /plubic folder. Change the app base to https://sendportal.pogo-digital.co.uk/public and it all works out.
