Compatibility with mistree 2.0.0 #40

Hi. Thank you for implementing this! Would it be possible for pc-skeletor to work with mistree 2.0.0. i am using Python 3.11 and mistree 1.2 is unfortunately not compatible it; pc-skeletor is constrained to work with mistree 1.2.
The following workaround does work, but I have to use setup.py and it does not allow passing no-deps inside.
pip install mistree
pip install pc-skeletor --no-deps
