Grant of License You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and distribute the self-hosted API (the "API") in accordance with the terms of this license agreement (the "Agreement").
-
Attribution Requirement The API includes an attribution note embedded within the code. You are required to ensure that this attribution note is not removed, altered, or obscured in any way. The attribution note must be preserved as part of the codebase, including any modified versions.
-
Preservation of Attribution Note The attribution note embedded in the code is essential and must be retained in all instances where the API is used or redistributed. The note will be returned with every request made to the API and must be visible and unmodified.
-
Modification and Redistribution If you modify or create derivative works based on the API, you must ensure that the embedded attribution note remains intact and unaltered. Any redistribution of the API or derivative works must include the unmodified attribution note and comply with this Agreement.
-
No Warranty The API is provided "as-is," without warranty of any kind. The creator of the API disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
-
Limitation of Liability In no event shall the creator of the API be liable for any damages arising from the use of the API, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
-
Termination This license is effective until terminated. The creator of the API may terminate this license if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the API and destroy all copies in your possession.
-
Acceptance By using or distributing the API, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
