missing bodycloses detection #1610

I'm frustrated that bodycloses is out of date https://github.com/timakin/bodyclose and has a bunch of edge cases around not detecting closes in helpers.
Describe the solution you'd like
revive is a great suite of lint rules, it seems appropriate to cover bodycloses so that developers ensure they http connections are correctly handled.
Describe alternatives you've considered
updating the bodyclose repo, but it appears the maintainer doesn't have an active interest.
Forking the repo and creating my own version, but that lacks momentum to get enough users for golangci-lint to use it.
