ec2_image_name ; regex is failing to find image #90

Using commit: c5a365e
In the image dict there is a regex for rhel8 - pointing at the 8.1 hvm image. However the regex used fails to return anything and fails the provisioning play.
it currently is set to :
rhel8: "RHEL-8.1.0_HVM_GAx86_64"
Changing to RHEL-8.1.x86.
Return the hourly as well as the Beta
