--After sending and receiving 8 TS2 in Rcvr.Config the design should enter Rcvr.speed and sen EIOS:
--But Design keeps sending TS2 forever and don't transition to Rcvr.speed:
1st TS2 (@34819 ns):
keeps sending TS2 till the end of simulation (@ 80000 ns):
