Set up CouchDB locally and migrate

Currently SPARQLbin.com uses a CouchDB provided by Cloudant - install CouchDB on the server and migrate the data.

Thanks to @csarven the CouchDB instance has been installed. Now I have to migrate the data and re-deploy.
