[Feature] Features that Leethub v2 extension has

Please bring the feature so that all previos submits get uploaded to github automatically as soon as possible.
Try to make this extension more like Leethub v2 extension. Follow the features it has.

Automatic syncing of all previous submissions to Codeforces Sync is definitely something we'd like to support. We're also looking into bringing the extension closer to the LeetHub v2 experience where it makes sense.
