Could you plot meteorological variables similar to what you did for AET -- say mean annual precipitation and PET; and average. temperature to see if meteo. variables are spatially (correctly) aligned as you expect for this basin.

I would like to inform you that the mHM model provides an unrealistic simulation of hydrological processes such as streamflow, Actual evapotranspiration (AET), and soil moisture (SM). The simulation and routing do not start from the upper stream part of the Nile River Basin.
For example, heavy rainfall occurs across all the upper parts of the basin, while there is no rainfall in the third part of the outlet. The model simulates the highest AET and SM across the area with no rainfall, which is characterized by bare land and dry conditions. Also, across the middle area of the basin, there is a large wetland area; however, the model simulates Q, AET, and SM with Zero values.
I have set the mHM model based on degree units. What input data makes the simulation mHM unrealistically high?
