Make Top Bar and Column Titles Static

Describe the improvement that you'd like
Currently, when viewing the git log and I scroll down the page of commits, the top bar and column headers scroll as well. So I end up losing access to Branches dropdown, Search, Terminal, Options, Fetch, Refresh as well as the column titles. I suggest making the top area (icons and column titles) static.
