Brainstem lesions

Hi there,
Thanks for developing the tool! It's great

We have noticed that for some participants in our dataset, the tool segments lesions in the brainstem as well as the cerebral white matter (also in the cerebellum). We were wondering if this the normal/expected behaviour?
