Restarting the backend container removes all content from Gitea/Weblate

With each update, Gitea and Weblate are reset to zero, files need to be reuploaded manually as a workaround. The problem besides that is, that it becomes impossible to keep track of changes in translation

okay, this is fixed now somehow, I did not get the same problem again

okay, the issue is still there. Restarting the backend does not cause any problems yet, but then Gitea will be reset with a fresh install, with all content gone

We will have to have to make the git folder for the backend a volume so it's persistent. I thought we had support for that, but apparently not. I will add it.
