Make CycleNodeTypeCommand active for node carets #221
Description
Currently you need to press ENTER and then change the type, but we can handle the INSERT case as well, when you press ctrl+shift+down on a gap cursor.
In Editable Website I could use a different symbol "+" in those situations but it would be handled by CycleNodeTypeCommand.execute.
