Add a parallel Haskell baseline #8

vector-algorithms has served us well to debug performance (see #25). I wish we had something similar for the parallel versions. Crucially, I think, it'd be great to have a parallel Haskell baseline, so we, at least, see what's possible there.
@vidsinghal was looking into massiv at one point. It'd be great to resurrect that. That library may not be sufficient though because it only has parallel Quicksort, I believe.
