🚀 Feature: autofix require-homepage with homepage url

Overview

For monrepos with multiple pacakges, it would be nice if require-homepage took in a homepage url in the config and used that in auto fixing when a homepage is missing.

Additional Info

Would be nice if this rule took a homepage url for autofixing a missing homepage.

The tricky thing is, oftentimes the sub-package URL isn't the same as the homepage. Should this be a suggestion?

This is a good point, and something that would make the feature as a whole less useful. I.e. if the main value proposition for this feature is for multipackage monorepos, but we assume that more often than not, those same monorepos wouldn't want to use a single url for every package, that value is lost. Perhaps we need a bit more data from an assortment of popular mono-repos.
