Unable to use multiple targets

@cumber tried to fix it in #6, but it’s more/less impossible. 😿

Probably also worth mentioning a possible workaround; when working on another target, you can apply suggestions to get it to enable more packages. As long as that happens reliably, it should work so long as the multiple targets don't actually have conflicting dependencies.
